The warranty period for earphones is one year (365 days).
The warranty period for the earphones cables is 90 days from the date of purchase.
If there is any quality problem during the warranty period from the date of sale of this product, our company will repair it free of charge for you.
The company is responsible for repairing products that have exceeded the warranty period, but will charge maintenance fees and component replacement fees as appropriate.
Invoice or valid purchasing voucher shall be provided upon the request of maintenance.
The following circumstances are not covered by our warranty:
(1) product damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse,Soaked or damp, earwax, physical collision, negligence, natural disaster, ear canal lubricants etc, intentional or physical damage;
(2) Out appearance scratch by frequently use;
(3) Accessories are not included,please purchase them separately if they are damaged or lost.
(4) Disassemble the product that has been repaired or repaired without authorization;
(5) Any failure lor damage beyond the reasonable control of the Company;
(6) Self-Refit products.
The return freight for after-sales service are borne by the customer.
