1. Sound problem

Do you experience any of the following sound problems?

(1) The volume is too low or no sound can be heard

(2) Sound distortion or static noise

(3) The sound loses low frequency, mid frequency or high frequency

(4) The sound is hollow or delayed.

*Please try the followingtroubleshooting steps to resolve the issue.

1) You can try to remove the left and right channel headphone cables and swap them to check if the problem is with the headphone cables. If you can replace or buy a new headphone cable yourself and the headphone cable is still under warranty, please contact us.

2) Check whether the earphone sound holes are blocked by earwax or other dirt, which prevents the sound from being transmitted. If there is dirt accumulation, use a cleaning tool to clean the earphones.

3) Try using a different audio source to make sure the problem does not come from the music player and try playing different songs.

4) Check whether the earphone cable is inserted into the earphone in the same and correct direction.
